Section I: General Description
Perform all administrative tasks inherent to the director and support activities required by the departments.

Section II: Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Professional degree preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience related to the position.

Section III: Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Exchange)
Communication skills
Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
Section IV: Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks
Assist the director in the SAP management process.
Manage departmental purchases.
Ensure the accuracy of expense reports.
Assist with departmental travel reservations.
Assist with travel plans for visitors coming to Mexico.
Prepare for the arrival of visitors in Juárez regarding security and traffic planning.
