As Director, Base Experience , you will lead the teams responsible for Skitube, Transport, Fleet Maintenance and Building Maintenance – functions that collectively set the tone for every guest’s experience on the mountain.

Reporting to the VP & GM – Perisher, you’ll be one of the most senior leaders in the Australian business, with genuine autonomy to set direction, challenge convention and deliver impact at scale.
