The Director, ACH Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across people, process, and business dimensions. This role ensures delivery excellence, drives innovation, fosters talent development, and strengthens relationships with global stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. The role is designed to implement, execute, and drive priorities on behalf of the ACH leader, often acting as their delegate. It involves close collaboration with all GDC leaders to ensure effective coordination and execution of ACH strategy, communications, budgets, and activities. Serving as a trusted advisor and the voice of the ACH leader, the role requires frequent communication with various US and GDC stakeholders.
