To guide the strategic growth of our utility programs business in California, we are currently seeking a **Portfolio Director** to oversee ICF’s work with California municipal and investor-owned gas and electric utilities. You will guide a team of program management professionals responsible for the design, launch, and delivery of customer centric energy programs across the state. You will build relationships with our utility client/partners as you work with them to design and implement program strategies aligned with their customer program objectives. You will leverage your deep business and regulatory knowledge of California utilities, customer programs, and the energy transition to connect our utility clients with ICF subject matter experts.
