Director, Centralized Supervision

The Opportunity

As a dedicated Director, Centralized Supervision you will be responsible for ensuring the activities conducted comply with all laws, rules, regulations, written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures and corporate directives impacting business areas including all Life front line and service business segments.

The Centralized Supervision Team (CST) supports USAA Life Company’s Life, Retirement, and Health Solutions teams by supervising recommendations, communications, and conduct. CST Supervision is conducted to determine compliance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Model Regulation, FINRA/SEC regulations, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state specific laws, rules, and regulations. In addition to supervising, CST supports the health appointments process to ensure Agent’s ready-to-sell (RTS) status.
