FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a results-driven Director based in Charlotte North Carolina, to lead and scale multi-state operations across multiple airports and locations.  The Director is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for overseeing Regional Managers I and II, as well as General Managers, ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue growth, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and cultivating strong customer relationships. 

This position plays a key leadership role in FoxTrot's growth strategy—bridging executive direction with regional execution, developing leadership talent, and ensuring each market consistently operates to FoxTrot's standards of safety, reliability, and quality.
