Leads a centralized Intake team accountable for owning Bierman's first relationship with families. This role owns the enterprise intake operating model and processes, while partnering with other functions to drive consistent execution, accountability, and adherence across regions.

The Director of Client Intake ensures that children and families seeking care are met with clarity, compassion, and confidence—and that their path from initial inquiry to the start of services is thoughtful, efficient, and well-coordinated. This role translates Bierman's mission into action at the very first point of contact, bringing empathy and structure together to ensure families experience Bierman as a trusted partner from day one.
