Director, Client Value Proposition, Insurance

Leads and oversees creditor insurance product development, management, and customer value proposition design for Insurance Canada by developing and managing product offerings that meet customer needs. Responsible for establishing relevant and meaningful offerings and collaborating on optimized customer journeys while ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Also supports the English Caribbean Region with product strategy, development and the oversight of learning and education, aligning with our regional strategy.
