Responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to enhance supplier relationships, meet annual targets, assure consistent supply and coach a team of procurement professionals to meet customer needs and improve Flex profitability and cash flow. This role is a crucial conduit between the Commodity team and external customers, segment stakeholders and the supply base.

The Director, Commodity Management, is the leader responsible for developing and driving a team of procurement individuals to meet - and exceed - strategic goals and KPI’s for PCB.
