Monitor retirement plan industry conditions (including 401(k),403 (b), 457, defined benefit plans) and identify hot topics and emerging trends, among both traditional peer companies and potential disruptorsCollect and maintain comprehensive industry and peer company data.Create and deliver analysis used by senior management and other stakeholders.Collaborate with Competitive Analysis team to share information about peer company products, and product and operational strategies.Lead or assist in the preparation of internal publications highlighting competitive data, and peer company and industry trends.Work with key stakeholders to develop and deliver new competitive research in a user-friendly manner.Provide research and analysis for special strategic projects.Build relationships across divisions and functional areas to gather and disseminate data and ana...
