- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), service offerings, and case studies aligned with current and future client needs.
- Leverage technology expertise and industry knowledge to drive business development opportunities.
Solution & Service Delivery
- Ensure high client satisfaction through quality and timely delivery of large, complex projects.
- Take full ownership of functional solutions, technology adoption, and process implementation.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, SLAs, and metrics transparently.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in delivery practices.
