As the Director, Corporate Recruitment, you are a senior leader and trusted advisor to the business, accountable for setting and executing enterprise-wide recruitment strategy across the Support Centre, including as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You bring a strong point of view on talent, the market, workforce trends, and candidate experience, and you translate business strategy into high-impact hiring solutions.

You are the face of Dentalcorp in the corporate talent market - championing our culture, values, and employer brand - while ensuring every hiring interaction reflects a brilliant, respectful, and human experience.
