Scopely is seeking a highly experienced, pragmatic, and business-minded Counsel, Commercial to join our legal team in Barcelona. This role will serve as a senior legal lead for commercial matters across EMEA, operating with a high degree of independence while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating with global Legal teammates. This is a senior individual-contributor role for a lawyer who thrives in fast-moving environments, exercises strong judgment, and approaches legal work as a strategic business partner aligned with Scopely's global strategy.

What You Will Do

Commercial Contracting & Advisory

• Serve as the lead attorney for a broad range of commercial matters supporting Scopely's Barcelona-based teams and initiatives, as well as various games in Scopely's portfolio.
