The Director of Customer Success in Blackbaud India is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the India operation across multiple functions within a matrix organization, including Support, Vertical Customer Succes, Renewals Professional Services, Product Success, and Technology Delivery. This role sits on the Customer Success Strategic Leadership team, and is primarily responsible for ensuring the efficient management and execution of the Customer Success & Support team in India, with a focus on aligning departmental operations with the overall business objectives of the organization.
