Overview:
The Director of Engineering & Analytics is responsible for leading the Data Engineering and Reporting & Analytics organisations, driving technical excellence in data infrastructure and customer-facing reporting capabilities. This role is accountable for the technical delivery of data pipelines and platforms, in-product reporting and dashboarding, and external data APIs. The Director will lead a distributed team of over 20 engineers located in Hyderabad, India and Dublin, composing of Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Analytics Engineers. This is a strategy and execution-focused leadership role, responsible for defining the technical direction and ensuring delivery against the unified reporting vision. This role partners closely with the Product team, who own product direction, to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. The Director also partners with the AI & Data Architect on data architecture decisions.
