Overview

The Director, Data Engineering -- Benefits Data will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data partners to support the Benefits practice's strategic goals. This role will oversee a data engineering team, ensuring the constant delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure data from our critial data partners and the integration into GBS data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to align data engineering initiatives with business objectives. Please note that industry experience is required to be considered for the role. You can sit anywhere in the US and this position can be fully remote/virtual/work from home.
