Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering leader to lead our Sales portfolio, combining strong engineering

leadership with consultative selling, technical pre-sales, and customer-centric delivery. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure successful project execution, and serve as a strategic engineering partner to VP/CIO-level clients.


Key Responsibilities:

● Client Leadership:

○ Engage and manage CXO-level stakeholders (VPs, MDs, CIOs) at clients

○ Delight customers with outside In point of view in technology and helping them adopt

emerging technologies

● Technical Pre-Sales & Consulting:

○ Shape and define technical solutions in collaboration with clients. Translate business

needs into actionable technical requirements.

○ Travel to shape and close deals with fortune 500 customers

○ Manage and run technical presales team targeting US and Europe geographies

● Delivery Leadership:

○ Own the execution of niche, outcome-based projects for large enterprise clients,

ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

○ Run high performance teams who can deliver and delight customers

● Growth & Revenue Ownership:

○ Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion, new logo acquisition, and

delivering customer delight.

○ Identify other potential customers in the same account and build relationship with them

● Team Management:

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 50–100 engineering professionals, including Tech

Leads, Architects, Engineering Managers, Directors, and Pre-Sales consultants

● Talent Strategy:

Attract, retain, and grow top engineering and presales talent. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.


Key KPIs:

● Landing into new buyers and logos

● Account growth – Run and grow small accounts into strategic partnerships

● Revenue growth and delivery success

● Talent development and retention of high-performing teams


Qualifications:

● 15+ years of experience in technology/engineering leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in

senior client consulting roles

● Proven track record in consulting, client engagement, and technical solutioning

● Strong experience in pre-sales, delivery management, and stakeholder communication

● Deep understanding of both engineering execution and business value creation
