Director, Data Operations & Engineering (Finance)

Job Description:

As the Director of Data Operations & Engineering, you will lead the evolution of our financial data ecosystem. Beyond managing infrastructure, you will be the owner of our Data Assets. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Data Analyst and Power BI Experts to transform raw data into high-value Data Products—reusable, reliable, and interactive tools that drive business strategy. You will bridge the gap between back-end engineering (Snowflake/dbt) and front-end product delivery (Power BI), ensuring that our data is not just available, but actionable.
