**Director of Data Platform**
**Employment:** FTE Direct Hire
**Location:** Raleigh, NC **(4 days onsite per week)**
**Travel Requirements:** 25% to Milwaukee WI
**Start Date:** Target of January 2026
**About the Role**
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on **Director of Data Platform** to lead the design and execution of a unified data platform that powers personalized, customer-driven experiences. This role is one of the top three strategic investments for the company next year, with visibility up to the CEO. You will own the data practice, shaping the future of our data capabilities and driving real-time business personalization.
