Executive Opportunity | Technology Innovation Manager (CTO Track) | Manufacturing Industry

We're currently leading the executive search for a Technology Innovation Manager — a senior leadership role at the intersection of technology, strategy, and manufacturing innovation .

Your Mission

Lead and evolve the organization's tech innovation strategy , overseeing critical areas like:

• ERP implementation & digital transformation
• AI/ML and Data Analytics integration across business units
• IT infrastructure and cybersecurity governance
• Emerging tech pilots (IoT, RPA, Vision Systems, etc.)
• Change management and cultural transformation

Industry : Manufacturing / Industrial

Location : Mexico (On-site with national visibility)

Level : Senior Management (reports to Deputy Director)

You Bring

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in IT, innovation, or digital transformation
• At least one successful large-scale ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong leadership in multidisciplinary teams : IT, Cybersecurity, Innovation, AI
• Strategic mindset and business acumen to align tech with value creation
• Experience in managing tech budgets, ROI, and vendor negotiations
• Academic background in Engineering, IT or similar (Master’s in Innovation, MBA, or Tech Leadership is a strong plus)
• Bonus if certified in: PMP/Scrum, ITIL v4, CISSP/CISM, AI/Data certifications (Azure, AWS, Google)
