Job Description
As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our business operations in the Latin America Region, based in Mexico. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage key relationships, and oversee the overall expansion, growth, and profitability of the business in LATAM.
Additionally, you will:
- Lead the Diagnostic & Life Sciences sales organizations , focusing on revenue growth to achieve business and financial objectives.
- Maintain and drive high customer satisfaction across channels, market segments, products, and services .
- Hold country-level commercial ownership , including strategy development and execution across all commercial functions within Latin America (excluding Brazil).
- Ensure alignment with corporate goals while fostering collaboration across teams to deliver sustainable growth.
How you Will make an impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and market penetration in the LATAM Region.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region to drive business development and revenue growth.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies in the LATAM market.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of customers in the region.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the LATAM market.
What you bring,
- Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role in the medical devices industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams. Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve business objectives.
- Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Ability to develop and execute business plans, drive revenue growth, and optimize profitability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and represent the company effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Understanding of Medical devices market.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- BSC/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field.
