Role Description

Title: Director Delivery - US Healthcare Data & Analytics

Experience: 10-15+ Years

Location: Remote (India, US, Canada)

Domain: Must Have US Healthcare Experience

This is a full-time remote role for a Director Delivery specializing in Healthcare Data Analytics. The Director will oversee and lead complex healthcare data analytics projects, provide strategic analytics solutions to healthcare clients, and ensure the delivery of impactful insights. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, managing project teams, training and mentoring staff, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves collaborating across departments to align strategies and manage resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with strong Data Analytical Skills into US Healthcare, data interpretation, and decision-making
• Solid understanding of the Healthcare Industry, including expertise in healthcare delivery challenges and data analytics applications in healthcare
• Demonstrated ability in Training team members and clients to improve skills in analytics and project execution
• Proficiency in Sales and client relationship management, with an ability to present data insights compellingly
• Strong Project Management experience with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions and managing complex projects to completion
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Healthcare Management, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience with BI tools, analytics frameworks, and statistical methodologies
• Prior experience managing cross-functional and remote teams

Delivery & Program Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of healthcare data analytics programs (data engineering, BI, ML/AI, interoperability).
• Manage multi-million-dollar client portfolios across payers, providers, life sciences, and digital health.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery with strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Establish delivery playbooks, PMO cadence, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation frameworks.

Healthcare Data & Platform Expertise

• Lead solutions across:
• Claims, EHR, EMR, HL7/FHIR, SDOH, RPM, revenue cycle, clinical outcomes, patient engagement
• Oversee cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern stacks:
• Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
• dbt, Airflow, Spark, Kafka
• Guide architecture for HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST compliant analytics systems.

Team & Practice Building

• Build and scale a global delivery organization: Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, Data Scientists, Project Managers.
• Drive performance, mentoring, hiring, career paths, utilization, and capacity planning.
• Create a culture of accountability, quality, and innovation.

Client & Executive Stakeholder Management

• Act as the executive delivery partner for CXOs, CIOs, CMIOs, VP Analytics, and Operations leaders.
• Lead QBRs, roadmap planning, and value realization discussions.
• Translate business objectives into analytics KPIs and ROI frameworks.

Commercial & Growth Support

• Partner with Sales & Marketing in:
• RFPs, proposals, solutioning, and pricing
• Delivery estimates, risk assessments, and resourcing plans
• Identify expansion opportunities and influence deal strategy.

Governance, Quality & Compliance

• Define data governance, lineage, quality frameworks, and security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and client standards.
• Drive continuous improvement via delivery metrics, automation, and AI enablement.

Leadership & Delivery

• 12+ years in data analytics / engineering delivery
• 5+ years leading large healthcare analytics programs
• Proven experience managing $5M+ portfolios and cross-functional teams
• Strong background in Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models

Healthcare Domain

• Deep understanding of:
• Payer & provider data ecosystems
• Claims, EHR/EMR, value-based care, population health
• Interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT)

Technology

• Cloud-native data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Data warehouses & lakehouses
• Streaming, batch, real-time analytics
• BI & visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• ML/AI for predictive & prescriptive analytics

Business & Communication

• Executive presence with strong storytelling
• Commercial acumen and client relationship leadership
