The Role

As a Director of Delivery Solution Architects (DSA), you will lead a high-impact team of technical success leaders dedicated to our Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel & Hospitality customers. Your mission is to ensure that complex Data and AI initiatives—from supply chain optimization to personalized customer experiences—move from concept to production as efficiently as possible.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical strategy and long-term value. You will lead managers and a growing team of DSAs, serving as a technical executive sponsor for our most strategic retail accounts.
