Role Overview
The Director of Demand Generation is a key leadership role focused on developing and executing integrated growth strategies that drive pipeline, accelerate revenue, and elevate Sirion's brand in the market. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, this role leads a high-impact team and works cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes across the entire customer journey.
This role manages a broad portfolio of growth initiatives - including SEO, digital advertising, email nurtures, content marketing, product launches, and strategic partnerships, as well as marketing operations. You will collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Alliances teams to ensure aligned and scalable go-to-market execution.
As a senior leader, you bring a strong track record in building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, leading high-performing teams, and using data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :
Demand Gen Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute an integrated demand generation strategy focused on pipeline acceleration and revenue impact.
- Meet pipeline and conversion goals through campaigns across new pipe, in-pipe, nurture and expansion tracks.
- Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns with a strong emphasis on ABM, in close alignment with the SDR team.
- Execute effective nurture email campaigns to engage prospects, re-activate dormant leads, and support opportunity progression.
- Ensure campaigns are tailored to persona, segment, and buying stage, and are tightly aligned with content and product marketing outputs.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Lead all digital marketing activities, including:
- Meet traffic, ranking, engagement and conversion goals.
- SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), paid social, content syndication, webinars, and podcasts.
- Lead AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to increase visibility in AI-driven search and answer platforms.
- Ensure performance-driven execution across all digital channels.
Content Strategy & Direction
- Provide strategic guidance to the Content and Product Marketing teams on the development of content and assets that power demand generation campaigns.
- Define content needs across personas, segments, and journey stages to support full-funnel programs.
- Ensure alignment with core messaging and positioning for both brand- and product-level narratives.
- Drive the creation of targeted email nurture streams that accelerate lead progression and improve conversion rates.
- Deliver input and feedback based on campaign performance data to optimize content quality, relevance, and impact.
Analytics, Measurement & Optimization
- Define key KPIs, manage lead lifecycle and funnel metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Utilize data-driven analysis and cohort tracking to optimize lead generation, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
- Continuously refine programs to improve efficiency of marketing spend and pipeline contribution.
Planning, Forecasting & Budget Management
- Align marketing plans and budgets with company objectives.
- Forecast accurately and report on the ROI of demand generation efforts.
- Ensure clear attribution and performance tracking across all channels.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS marketing experience in a global team including demand generation leadership roles
- Proven success in designing and scaling multi-channel growth programs that deliver against pipeline and revenue targets
- Strong experience with digital marketing (SEO/SEM), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), ABM tools (e.g., 6Sense), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of funnel management, lead flows, and attribution
- Deep understanding of the buyer journey and content strategies that convert
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Strong people management abilities, including prioritizing activities, inspiring teams, and achieving goals
- Expertise in managing marketing budgets, funnels, and forecasts to meet targets
- Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships
- Strong working knowledge of applying AI capabilities to improve demand gen processes.
