Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: The Director, Design & Construction is accountable to lead and direct project planning, design, construction and implementation of all phases of capital facility development related to Major Hospital Development / Redevelopment Expansion Projects. Scope includes feasibility studies, business plans, facilities design, construction and commissioning. Provides strategic leadership, guidance and oversight of designated projects throughout all phases including the integration and coordination of activities related to/impacting the development and delivery of project construction.
