- Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Responsible for leading the orchestration of the Digital ecosystem in the country, acting as a single point of contact for the centralized Digital team, influencing country FLM decision making by bringing a data driven mindset, accountability for the Digital P&L, supporting the digital transformation by being a local culture champion.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quality growth by leading the overall country Digital channel plan by defining each country's potential and share to achieve net sales and contribution
- Ensures the Digital channel is prioritized in all country decisions & activations
- Team play with Digital team members and other channel leads to provide a comprehensive view of the country, managing it as a complete ecosystem to drive business results.
- Ensures Ecomm & 3p IBP alignment (together with Ecomm & DPC teams)
