Director, Employee Data and Operations

Job Summary/Basic Function:

The Director, Employee Data and Operations serves as the steward for all employee data, including student employee data, ensuring integrity, compliance, and accuracy of university employment information. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the Operations Center of Excellence, which includes Student Employment, overseeing all employee data as well business continuity and customer service. The Director also ensures that business processes for both regular and student employees are accurate, efficient, and compliant with applicable federal/state laws and university policies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and eight years of related work experience, including at least four years with employee data, systems, or HR operations.
