Leading strategically the plant engineering department including maintenance, equipment, utilities, facilities, automation and projects, achieving optimum plant performance and site development, ensuring delivery of concentrates & beverage bases to supplied customers while meeting all company requirements & regulations, people development, safety and strategically advancing the site to meet future plans through transformation and modernization while driving a high-performance culture and maintaining high standards.

Key Duties:

  • Develop Business Plans & action plans with stretched KBIs and ensure meeting objectives holding self and team accountable.
