Responsibilities

This position will report to the Vice President of Engineering and will be based in New York or Dallas. The Director of Engineering will be responsible for managing the design, development, and delivery of engineering systems that support Related Digital’s data center infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in advancing power, cooling, and sustainability innovations across hyperscale projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in data center engineering and hands-on experience leading multidisciplinary design teams from concept through construction.

  • Manage the engineering design and technical execution of hyperscale data center projects from early design through commissioning.
  • Oversee the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure high reliability, scalability, and energy efficiency.
