Job Description

Primary Role:

As the Director, Engineering (Enterprise Customer Support), you will be dedicated to resolving technical issues encountered by our clients and work with a team of software developers within the production support function. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal departments to ensure the successful deployment of applications and the delivery of outstanding customer support. Additionally, you will be instrumental in coaching, growing, and mentoring our engineering teams, driving product roadmap initiatives, and ensuring product delivery and integrity.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of customer support requests, by leveraging ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and other tools.• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, scalability, and performance of our application.• Implement robust testing strategies and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, security, and usability of our applications.• Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including Platform, Delivery Consulting, Delivery Engineering and DevOps teams.• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer support and software development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.• Coach and mentor team members, providing technical guidance, professional development opportunities, and performance feedback to support their growth and success.

Basic qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience with exposure to large-scale complex enterprise applications in BFSI• 8+ years of experience working with .NET technologies, with advanced proficiency in C#• Technical acumen and understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
