A Fintech client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Engineering & Platform Architecture leader to define and drive the architecture and technical strategy for a multi-tenant wealth management platform. This role focuses on scalability, security, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with engineering, product, compliance, and integration teams. Key responsibilities include:
-Design and build a scalable architecture for a multi-tenant platform serving correspondent firms and millions of investors.
-Define technical strategy for white-label and partner-branded experiences.
-Ensure secure authorization models and strong tenant isolation.
-Lead architecture for high-volume onboarding, funding, and trading workflows in a cloud-native GCP environment.
-Embed SEC, FINRA, and SOC 2 compliance into system design with auditability and data retention.
