About the Role
We are hiring a Director, Engineering – Platform for a global, product-led technology organization.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and evolving a core enterprise platform built on cloud-native, API-first, microservices architecture .
Key Responsibilities
Lead the modernization and evolution of a Java-based microservices platform
Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with product and business goals
Develop technology roadmaps in partnership with Product leadership
Drive API-first, cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Lead and mentor globally distributed engineering teams (including managers and pod leads)
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Embed GenAI adoption across the SDLC to improve productivity and time-to-market
Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of the platform
