Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall enterprise architecture strategy and vision, overseeing the entire IT landscape of an organization, ensuring it aligns with business goals and strategy

  • Define and elaborate SMBC’s system target architecture blueprint, which allows to have a common technology direction aligning with business strategy

  • Establish and maintain the overarching EA framework, policy, standard, procedure, guidelines, ensuring adherence to architecture guiding principles and standard

  • Creating and maintaining system landscape diagrams that visualize the overall IT and business landscape

  • Establish and maintain the as-is & to-be architectures for each domain based on the SMBC enterprise architecture framework

  • Establish and maintain the strategy and roadmap to adopt the target architecture , and architecture standards & guidelines and the governance process
