Role Purpose
The Director – Entity / Operational Risk is responsible for establishing, governing, and strengthening the operational risk framework for the legal entity, ensuring alignment with global standards, regulatory expectations, and business objectives. The role partners closely with senior leadership across business, operations, technology, compliance, and audit to proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and oversee the entity-level operational risk framework, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
- Drive execution of RCSA, KRI, issue management, loss event reporting, and scenario analysis.
- Ensure effective governance across risk committees, escalation forums, and senior management reviews.
