Director, Executive Operations

The Director, Executive Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for enterprise-wide coordination, governance effectiveness, and organizational integration ensuring alignment between Board oversight, executive priorities, and operational execution in support of Eva’s mission, values, and priorities.

This role functions as an enterprise integrator across the organization, translating and connecting strategy into execution, supporting effective governance, and ensuring coherence across departments, sites, and systems. The Director, Executive Operations operates with a high degree of trust, discretion, and enterprise-wide visibility collaborating closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership while maintaining clear accountability to organizational priorities and governance frameworks.
