Director, Facilities Design New Stores & Projects

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role leads the design development and design execution of new store projects as well as special project rollouts within the existing store fleet, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards while meeting timelines and budgets. The special projects piece of this role will be smaller scale renovations of re-vamping merch sections of the store. The other special projects may include large retail takeovers, transitioning other large retail companies which they bought to their new store/ideal prototype. The role oversees all aspects of design and development for new real estate projects, including new builds, expansions, and takeovers. The role also involves design management for special project rollouts, which are smaller store touches generally initiated by the merchant and operations teams.
