Insight Global is looking for a Director of Facilities Management for a large retail company. This resource will be responsible for the strategic vision and operations of how the stores will run.



This role oversees maintenance and repairs of retail properties, ensuring alignment with maintenance standards, managing operating capital and capital replacement strategies and operating spend, while aligning to corporate sustainability goals. Responsibilities include vendor management, digital innovation, and developing long-term asset replacement plans

This role develops detailed capital and expense budgets and execution plans for various maintenance areas, including annual planning and monthly reporting. The Director will present regular updates to senior leadership on budget, project updates and performance metrics.
