We are hiring Directors/ Associate Directors with Finance Transformation skills at Mumbai. Below are the key details from the job listing:
### Responsibilities:
**Finance Transformation Specific:**
Handled Offshore clients
- Strong understanding of finance processes i.e. P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax Treasury, etc. and strategic finance areas like Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and in context of multiple industries (non FS) and their nuances
Must have done 2-3 Financial transformation end to end implementation projects
Must have Finance transformation sales experience
Along with FT Transformation implementation must have experience in sales and BD, sales excellence, business excellence, business strategy, B2B and sales strategy
- Lead functional workshops with stakeholders to understand key finance processes , risks, gaps, and inefficacies across people, process, technology, data and internal controls
