Main Purpose of the Role

The Director, Financial Controlling is responsible for building and leading the Financial Controlling function within a Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) based in Manila. This role oversees a team of Financial Controlling specialists and ensures the accuracy, integrity, and statutory compliance of financial data and reporting across multiple entities and functions.

The position requires a seasoned finance leader with deep experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS), strong operational finance expertise, and the ability to drive transformation, implement new processes, and build a high-performing team. Close collaboration with Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Group Reporting, Tax, Finance Operations, and Regional/Headquarters Finance teams is essential to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality financial outputs.
