Role - Director - Fire & PA Business Unit

• Direct the Fire & PA Business Unit across PAN India with strategic clarity and direction.
• Build, mentor, and align a diverse team including Product Leads, Sales Leaders, Techno Commercial and Support team.
• Establish structured review mechanisms, performance tracking, and disciplined business processes.
• Strengthen customer relationships, channel ecosystem, and market positioning.
• Ensure capability building, collaboration, and future-readiness of the business unit.
• Take ownership of business outcomes.
• Drive sales growth through strong planning, execution, and accountability.
• Managing OEM Relationships & Driving Brand Addition.
