Role - Director - Fire & PA Business Unit
- Direct the Fire & PA Business Unit across PAN India with strategic clarity and direction.
- Build, mentor, and align a diverse team including Product Leads, Sales Leaders, Techno Commercial and Support team.
- Establish structured review mechanisms, performance tracking, and disciplined business processes.
