Director Fundraising

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Fundraising Director to lead and grow the organisation's

resource mobilization efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, fundraising expertise, and a deep belief in the power of education and equity. This role is central to enabling the scaling of Makkala Jagriti’s programs and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

● Lead the development and execution of a multi-channel fundraising strategy aligned to the

organization’s goals and growth plans.

● Set annual fundraising targets and monitor performance against them.

● Represent the organization to key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and networks.
