We are seeking a Director, GBS Technology and Innovation to define and drive the digital and emerging technology strategy across Global Business Services and Global Corporate Affairs within a complex, decentralised global organisation.

This role acts as a senior technology partner to GBS and GCA leadership. The Director will shape the long-term technology vision, influence strategic investment decisions, and help transition the organisation towards product-centric operating models and modern ways of working.

This is a strategic role rather than a delivery-only position. Success depends on deep understanding of GBS and shared services environments, strong enterprise technology judgement, and the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
