  1. Responsibilities Reporting to the Dean of the School (Academic Matters)

    2. The Director shall report to the Dean on all academic matters, with a focus on excellence in teaching, research, faculty development, curriculum innovation, and academic engagement.

    1.1 Academic Leadership and Values

    • Foster a culture of academic integrity, critical inquiry, and shared leadership.
    • Promote a collegial and inclusive academic environment aligned with the university’s academic values.

    1.2 Academic Strategy and Curriculum Development

    • Assist the Dean in the development and execution of academic plans and school-level academic strategy.
