  • Incumbent will ensure Service delivery for Global Mobility Services across Immigration, Personal Tax Compliance, International Social Security, Compensation etc.
  • Shoukd have experience with global engagement management with a client centric approach. Understanding GMS trends and technology, client expectations.
  • 20+ years of experience, with proven track record of ability to execute and deliver results
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build from scratch and scale up.
  • Strong operational leadership skills and experience. Should have ability to keep team members engaged. goal setting, KPI setup, governance structure, monitoring and proactively managing operational performance and metrics, handling escalations.
  • Drive continuous improvement mindset and root cause solving.
