  • Develops, implements, maximizes, monitors and evaluates objectives, business strategies and activities of the Sales Managers and Executive Meeting Managers to exceed forecasted revenue figures in all hotel-related revenue streams
  • Participates in trade shows and promotional events to develop new markets, by identifying prospective customers
  • Responsible to control contract processing for Sales Managers and Executive Meeting Managers, based on rate negotiation (to support the annual rate growth) – negotiates with decision makers/confirm with Associate Director, Sales & Marketing
  • Handles Key account/market designated by the Associate Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Reviews and monitors company accounts room nightly production reports, to ensure that all sales objectives related to monthly revenue budgets, are achieved
