A leading food manufacturing company in Burlington is seeking a Director of HR Operations to lead HR functions across multiple plants in Ontario. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in labor relations within a unionized environment. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR management experience and the ability to build relationships across all levels. Competitive salary range of CAD $120,100 to $170,100 plus a bonus of up to 17.5% of base salary.
