  • Senior HR Business Partner leadership role supporting global business units
  • Strong focus on Global Mergers & Acquisitions — from due diligence to post-merger integration
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people, structure, and transformation
  • Role sits within a services-led, non-manufacturing environment (Healthcare / GCC / Consulting)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as HRBP to senior business and global leadership teams
  • Lead Global HR M&A initiatives , including due diligence and post-merger integration
  • Drive policy harmonization
