**Director – Human Resources Consulting Group**
The Human Resources Consulting Group (HRCG) serves as an internal consulting team that owns short to mid-term strategy execution and operational direction for the People function in alignment with organization objectives. The incumbent is expected to lead a team of HR generalists responsible for seamless delivery of time-bound project assignments and cyclical activities, lending core HR support to mid-level people leaders across India.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
+ Partner with business HR leaders and COEs to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions aligned to business strategy.
+ Lead and execute short- to mid-term (1–3 years) HR strategies supporting enterprise and local objectives.
