Director – Human Resources Consulting Group
The Human Resources Consulting Group (HRCG) serves as an internal consulting team that owns short to mid-term strategy execution and operational direction for the People function in alignment with organization objectives. The incumbent is expected to lead a team of HR generalists responsible for seamless delivery of time-bound project assignments and cyclical activities, lending core HR support to mid-level people leaders across India.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesPartner with business HR leaders and COEs to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions aligned to business strategy. Lead and execute short- to mid-term (1–3 years) HR strategies supporting enterprise and local objectives.
Drive organization design, change management, leadership development, and talent initiatives.
Provide strategic HR consulting, coaching, and guidance to business and functional leaders.
